Solution HD provides a bespoke, done-for-you inbound AI phone agent, configured to each client's call flows, scripts, and routing rules — including 24/7 inbound call answering, custom qualification, booking and scheduling, business-specific routing, mapped integrations, and warm handoff to a human. The specific scope, deliverables, and fees for any engagement are set out in a separate agreement or order between us and the client. These Terms govern general use of this website; a signed service agreement, where one exists, controls the paid services.
